This really needs some sense of how to defeat or appease the demon. All I can find is how to "satisfy" it and it amounts to a single character sacrificing themselves. There need to be examples of other options, even if accidental or on-purpose self-sacrifice is definitely something I feel should be on the table. All that said, I love the general premise.
It was intended that it can't be defeated, only appeased in some way - finding the hidden alley is the main way to do that. But your point is well taken, we kind of rushed to get this wrapped up. I intend to do an updated version that better defines the goal/end game here.
Just realized also that the second page of the pamphlet was missing from the download. I still think your critique is valid, but if you only had the front side of the document, this might provide a bit more explanation as to how to deal with the demon.
